Hey team I have noticed in my area a cell 14 is bugged or something the cell only has 18 poi all up but the cell holds 3 gyms. Could someone tell me what Australia’s sponsors are as I believe those location aren’t sponsorship stops

You can wait for a response from staff but their answers in these situations can sometimes be vague such as “No issue with Gym Distribution in this area”.
If you are willing to give the location (long / lat) we may be able to take a look and make a educated guess.

How old are all of these gyms? Several years back it was possible to move a gym from one level 14 cell to another without causing the destination cell to undergo a recalculation. This isn’t possible now, but since they patched it, they didn’t force a recalculation except in areas where abuse had obviously taken place. So there are still cells out there that have more gyms than they should do.
1 is 13 years old and the rest are only 6 months old
Or the cell had 20 wayspots at one point, creating the third gym, but two of them got removed since then.
