dear Niantic Team, My Pokémon GO account, Karia261, was suspended for 30 days yesterday morning. I would like to understand the reason for this, as I have not received any email about it to this day. Since I am also no longer able to log in to Wayfarer, I assume—based on some Google research—that it may be related to that. Kind regards, Karia ---

I am sorry to hear this. 30days suspension email should look like this. Please check all email that you used before that might got connected to wayfarer/pogo/niantic games. Inside the email, you will find detail which nomination trigger the suspension and link to appeal. Unfortunately without the email, we cant be sure if the suspension come from wayfarer or pogo. if you cant find it, staff can DM you the information once they come here. ---

Is it possible you used a different email for Pokemon Go? Once staff see this thread they will usually DM you the details if it is Wayfarer related or point you towards the Pokemon Go team if it’s from the game. Hello @Kiki261 Sorry to hear you can’t find an email. You will have to be patient since it is the weekend, to get some kind of response from staff. Try to use the time to reflect if there is anything you might have done on wayfarer to trigger the action, or if it might have been something on Pokémon Go. If you wish to begin an appeal there are 2 different places.
