Trying to determine the call if a nomination is to close to another fixed way point.
Pretty new to all of this still and one thing I see that happens a lot is a nomination being pretty close to another waypoint. Ex. A free little library next to town hall but the town hall already has a fixed waypoint.
Just curious what your thoughts are and what your call would be on something similar to that.
Thank you and have a great day.
Welcome.
What exactly is the question here? In your example, having a Little.Free Library very close to an existing Wayspot will not change any Wayfarer criteria (neither for accepting nor rejecting), it’s only that most likely it will not make.it to some.Scopely games.
For the voting process, it’s not relevant
It is possible for wayspots to be very close to each other, and in some cases nearly on top of each other. If the nomination represents something different than an existing wayspot then I personally would take that into consideration when voting on it.
As always, all votes are cast at your discretion. Use your best judgement!
