You cant ask people to accept your pokestop. Although from foto and coordinate, it seems like good place to socialize and have good chance of acceptance.
Kalau dah disubmit, Tunggu aja bbrp minggu. Kalau gua rasa si ini chancenya besar accept
sepertinya tempat yang bagus untuk bersosialisasi dan memiliki peluang bagus untuk diterima.

So you have already nominated it and your screen grabs are showing that it is “In Queue”.
After a random amount of time (usually up to 7 days) it will go to “In Voting”.
It will then be sent to Reviewers (normal players the same as us) to Vote on it. These Reviewers will be from (fairly) local to you so they should be aware of the cultural difference and understand what it is. It is extremely unlikely that the reviewers for this will view the forums.
It is also frowned upon posting whilst it’s in the system as it can be seen as influencing reviewers.
We are not told how many reviewers it is sent to or how many need to agree.
You will then be informed whether it has been Accepted or Rejected.
Rejected: You are able to Appeal which will be sent to staff for a decision. If this happens post what you have here and people will advise the best way to appeal.
Accept: This only means that it has been accepted in to the Wayfarer database. There are other checks (proximity checks) that will determine whether it will be used in game.
So, be patient. Once you get your decision let us know here. We can either congratulate or help you improve it.

Saya berada di sebuah desa yang sangat kecil dengan sangat sedikit PokeStop, tetapi tampaknya semua yang saya kirim ditolak.
Sangat sulit untuk tetap termotivasi dan terus bermain game ketika Anda tinggal di desa yang sangat kecil. Sulit bahkan untuk menemukan tempat yang bisa diterima, tetapi kemudian semuanya ditolak… Saya bersenang-senang bermain game ini, tetapi saya hampir sampai pada titik di mana saya ingin berhenti karena sangat sulit untuk menemukan Pokemon, bahkan mendapatkan Pokeball.
We all have to play by the same criteria. We should not be Accepting anything just because its Rural.
Wait for the result then let us know what was said. You will get advise whether that is “Can be improved by this and that” or “It doesn’t fit criteria, walk away from it and try something else”. This is getting in front of ourselves, let see what happens first.
For future nominations I recommend the following…

Before making the nomination create a post in "Nomination Support"asking for advice, show Photos, Title, Description, Supplemental and location. You have to accept that nominations must meet criteria and the advice may not be what you hoped for.

Create a post (again in Nomination Support) giving you general location (DO NOT USE YOUR HOME ADDRESS) and ask for suggestions. People will scour the maps. Again you need to be aware that some areas just don’t have anything to submit but that is rare.
