As indicated in the acceptance email, Pokemon Go doesn’t use every wayspot. It has its own density/inclusion rules that it applies to new wayspots.
There is probably an existing wayspot that is active as a pokestop/gym which is preventing this from appearing itself as a pokestop/gym. It might get used as a powerspot on rotation.
Since Ericssonska Lekparken is a Pokestop, this one cannot be. It should be eligible to be added to the pool of Wayspots that may be used as Power Spots.
I can’t see what you are pointing out, but my eyes are bad.
If you are making a genuine correction to the actual physical location, you can ask help chat to do that. They will not just adjust a pin to put it in an empty L17 S2 cell, and may consider it abuse to request that.
You access help chat from https://wayfarer.scopely.com/new/help where a chat box pops up. A bot takes information. Human staff will reply in the chat box, not by email, even though that ask for your email to verify the account. You may want to make a note of the ticket number in case your browser loses your chat history. (Mine doesn’t, but that is a problem for a lot of people.)
Then I would definitely recommend asking help chat to correct this Wayspot. Just state the facts that the pin is not correct and should be at 60.668741,17.127175 as is visible on satellite view.
