Hello, welcome to the forums. Whilst Pokémon GO says you’re submitting a _new PokéStop_, you’re actually submitting a **Wayspot** to the database which is shared by various Niantic/Scopely games.

The Wayspot can become a PokéStop if it meets inclusion rules for Pokémon GO.

Your acceptance email mentions this:

> Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear).

So as for where your accepted nomination is, it’s in the database

This may help explain: [Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/why-an-accepted-wayspot-may-not-be-used-in-pokemon-go-s2-cells-and-pokemon-go/106925)
