Pretty upset that someone put a pokestop right behind his house so he could swipe and lure it all the time. The photos and description are accurate but it’s just 100 feet away from the actual location. We’ve reported it and Wayfinder folks or admins are rejecting the report. How do I appeal this and move forward? It’s VERY easily verifiable on Google Maps and street view that it’s in the wrong place.
Wayspot Title: Windsor Neighborhood Sign
Location (lat/lon): (40.3022054, -111.7441968)
Actual Location: (40.3029305, -111.7446863)
City: Vineyard, Utah
Country: USA

It looks to me like they have rejected your report for removal but have moved the sign? I see Windsor Neighborhood Sign at 40.302986,-111.745086 now which is still not correct according to street view.
Anyhow, staff often make the correction from posts here. In the future, or if they don’t, you can use help chat to correct locations. Go to https://wayfarer.scopely.com/new/help and a chat box will pop up. Tap it to make the request.
A human member of the team will reply in the box after they have had a chance to evaluate your request. They take your email as verification, but they do not send an email.
[Something weird happened with this post that made it a reply to @TjoeMi and bookmarked this topic. Maybe I should avoid the forum today.]
While they are in the neighborhood fixing things, this one is also misplaced. It is pinned in someone’s front yard, but actually should be in their back yard.
Thanks all! Didn’t expect to get this many replies so quickly. I tried reporting incorrect location but the app only let me put the pin 10 ft away. Definitely want to keep the stop as it’s a common one in my neighborhood.
Yes the app is restricted to try to prevent edit abuse. Anything greater than 10m has to go through staff. They can also do other location edits that you can’t do in game, say for wayspots that aren’t live game locations or that you are too far away from.
