Windows 11 Chrome

I saw someone else posted this or something similar, but I can’t remember which thread.

I have created my drafts, with location and title. I have copied the photos across from my phone to my desktop, because Android Chrome couldn’t add photos.

First draft that I added photos to, I get this when I try to Save Changes:

It works the second time when I do exactly the same thing. Obviously, this error waits until I have done all the work before failing. Fortunately, I’m not writing text at the same time and losing that - I don’t trust this process enough to do lots of changes in one go.

I had the exact same problem on an Oppo Android phone. Android was the device used to take the original photos, and before switching up my method, I had to reload the page for every second Waystop nomination.
I found a couple of workarounds that fixed it for me:

1. Transfer to a tablet: Sending the photos over to my tablet and uploading them from there completely solved the issue. After changing devices, I went from reloading every second time to only having to reload once in over 50+ nominations!

2. Screenshot and crop: Someone told me that screenshotting your photos and cropping them reduces the file size. This stops the page from overloading with photo data and allows the site to fully load the submission. I haven’t verified if this 100% fixes it myself, but it’s worth a shot.

Hope you find a workaround for your submission problems. Best of luck!"
