# Another wayspot removed due to construction work

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

- Wayspot Title: Skulptur In Galgebakken Vester
- Location _(lat/lon)_: 55.67933,12.345614 ([Ingress Intel Map](https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=55.679541,12.345647&z=18&pll=55.67933,12.345614))
- City: Albertslund
- Country: Denmark
- Screenshot of the Rejection Email _(do not include your personal information)_:

- Additional Information _(if any)_: Portal has been removed due to construction work in the area. (map of the plan for the reconstruction beeing done.)

Picture of the portal area. Both this portal and several others have been removed to make new pavement and modernize the area.

Hard to get a better picture from another angle since the construction area itself is fenced off.  
Apart from being removed now. the portal was also placed in a private garden as can be seen from google maps:

Thanks for the appeal, @namlac. Due to insufficient evidence, we’re unable to take action on the Wayspot in question. If you have additional evidence to share like photospheres/ a 360° video, please submit a new appeal with additional information and we’ll take another look.
