ive tried making landmarks on what i would consider valid but game thinks not so im kinda screwed as im unable to leave the house do i just give up on playing or is there anything i can do. thank you

If there is nothing eligible within range of your house, then you should give up submitting.

If you are not completely house bound, you can look for things to submit at the places that you do go. Here are some ideas.
If you don’t understand why something was rejected, you can post screenshots of the contribution and we can try to advise. But you have already said that you are trying to get something at your home, so you may want to be careful what you post.
Not everyone can have a Wayspot in proximity to their home.
If you are unable to get out at all then the game is going to be very limited for you.
Not to sound harsh but the game is called “Pokemon GO”. A common recommendation is to maybe look at one of the Pokemon Console games.
I am not housebound but do have health issues that do limit my mobility, I do a lot with Gifts to Friends, the Balloons and Remote Raids when I am unable to get out.

Its very limited movement so can only leave house at 5-10 mins at a time so i was using the game as a insentive to explore a little more like the stops as checkpoints i could reach on adventures
The Niantic Note explains that this location in ineligible.
Here is the clarification.
There is no need to discuss the point of interest in the nomination when the location is ineligible, but a tree is a very difficult nomination to get accepted. Possibly one with a sign, or history that you can provide a link to prove. But not this one.
If you do manage to get out, keep an eye out for genuinely eligible PoIs. I don’t know what your limitations are but if you ever do meet friends or family, consider submitting the places you go together ie cafe, pub, restaurant? If you go to shops, see if there’s a community noticeboard. Some doctor’s surgeries also have noticeboards with local clubs and health groups, and those can also be accepted. Hospitals can contain artwork, plaques and gardens in non-emergency areas that can all be considered too.
You don’t have to quit, but just accept the game is harder and more expensive from home. Make the most of times you are out and about to stock up on things, and keep an eye out for good submissions too

Unfortunately you can’t get one at that corner but ….
If you can out a little then there may be potential to find some eligible places.
Is this a church hall at the back of the Bethany Church?
If it is then it is eligible to be submitted on in its own right- it would be a social space there mate be something in the church to left of the red line that may have potential.
These may even be reachable from the Close.
Does the Morrisons have a community noticeboard ( the bigger shops do). That wouldn’t be a pokestop but could possibly be a power spot - so a different game play aspect.
This would make a short walk to the shops a better place in terms of game play.

It’s a pity you can’t go here as the crow flies but if you can get there then this has potential
It looks like the object at the red pin may have something to do with the team that plays there. so that may be possible.
There are 2 separate football pitches each can be considered separate and for example the blue crosses could give you another 2 pokestops. There may be another pitch in the yellow box ( one is shown on a different map) and that could be a stop. So this place has potential for 4 stops so although it might be a little further getting there would be good to play.
The football pitches on the other side of the railway are also just waiting to be stops.
