Appeal Account Suspension / Request for DM Support (Linked account unavailable)

Hello Wayfarer Team / @NianticHelp,

​My Wayfarer account has received a suspension. I believe there may be a misunderstanding or an error regarding this ban.

The Pokémon GO / Niantic account originally linked to this Wayfarer profile is no longer active / accessible, so I cannot submit a standard appeal through the linked game app.

Could a member of the support team please contact me via Private Message (DM) here on the forum so I can provide my details securely and discuss the appeal of this suspension?

Holy cow! In Wayfarer Prison, you’d be The Man that nobody would mess with. That’s some hard time! Now I’m super curious. What does one have to do to get a 10 year ban?

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, I have not received any email explaining the reason for this 10-year ban, nor was I given any prior context or specific details. My linked account was terminated/banned without any explanation given to me.

​Since I have no information about what supposedly caused this, I am kindly asking a member of the Niantic / Wayfarer Team (@NianticHelp) to reach out to me via Private Message (DM) so we can review this issue and check if this was done by mistake.

As explained on multiple occasions in the past, your suspension did not originate from Wayfarer, and as a result, we are unable to assist you.

No, your game account did. Since you have an active punishment on your game account, you’re not eligible to access Wayfarer.

This link won’t help, as the suspension did not originate from Wayfarer.
