I know that my appeal has passive aggressive vibes, that is due to mass rejections of valid poi in the last half a year (40 and counting, usually all approved in appeals). The appeal was reviewed by someone who does not know what a “Verein” is (basically a club, where you socially gather for whatever topic, here: breeding small animals). While mentioning that a Verein is always about socialising and often also for sports, that it is obviously fenced because of animals on a property, which is not prp, this gets just slammed for “breeding farm on private property”.

If the reviewer is not familiar with some regional stuff, that is fine. But how shall I discuss in just one try to convince someone from the other end of the world, what this poi is, if the given explanation does not work? I cannot describe the fundamental basics of our western hemisphere, were Clubs are a thing (and I thought world wide). I cannot write an essay and explain all the words I used. Yes, I did submit the sign of the club as anchor point, as described in the appeal and did not back it up with any link: because there is none. No homepage or anything, just a private group on Facebook.

please note: A club is for socialising, so it’s a valid poi. A fence does not mean it’s PRP. Don’t know how to break it down even further to be honest.

You cannot expect an appeal reviewer to know the details of animal breeding clubs in your local area. Scopely Explore cover appeals across the entire world.

Your submission and your appeal must be written providing everything that is required. Do not expect the reviewers to go doing your google hunting for you.

You didn’t provide a link, yet I found their facebook page, which is not private and explains this is a small animal breeding association. You should have provided that in your appeal. Refusing to provide such information is bizarre.

The reviewer didn’t need that detailed context that this is an association and therefore neither an actual farm or a SFPRP.

Your claim of missing context would make sense if the rejection would have the response like with generic businesses, that the link to criteria is not clear. But not in this situation

Right, I just realise it is not private - my bad.

What I do not understand is, that I have a poi named “small animal breeding association”, explain in the appeal “small animal (like pidgeons are rabbits) breeding association is to socialise” and truly need to know, what else?

Name of the poi and also the appeal have the word Verein in it, meaning association. How often or detailed do I have to describe the word association? Is 3 times the charm?

I suspect the passive-aggressive phrasing didn’t help you, as you are already aware. In appeals, don’t let your frustration (from the review result) overwhelm what you need to say.

Stick to the facts, add links and any other supporting information you can. You don’t need to write an essay making lots of claims, because the evidence is what matters most. Writing it is an association three times is pointless - just say it once and include the link to the association.
