I recently received a 30-day suspension on my account regarding my nomination “Spielplatz Lichtenberg”.
Upon reviewing the rejection details, I noticed that the word was accidentally included at the very end of the additional information field. This was a severe mistake on my part (caused by copy-paste / text autocomplete) and was absolutely not intended as abusive behavior or hate speech.
Regarding the location: This is a genuine local playground. However, I understand that the location pin might have been inaccurate or hard to verify on satellite imagery.
I sincerely apologize for the inappropriate word in the submission details. It was an honest error and not an intentional violation of community guidelines. I kindly ask the team to review the context of my suspension.

Zum Standortproblem: Der Spielplatz ist real und auf dieser Seite zugänglich, aber aufgrund von Bäumen oder veralteten Google Maps-Daten ist es möglicherweise schwierig, Satellitenbilder klar zu sehen.
Könnte ein Niantic-Mitarbeiter bitte angeben, welcher Standort die Aussetzung ausgelöst hat? Bei Bedarf kann ich geotagged Fotos oder zusätzliche Beweise für den physischen Spielplatz vorlegen, um den Standortstreit zu klären.
This location has streetview images from 2023. Where you have located the playground was occupied by washing lines. Although things could have changed in three lines, the footfall under these swings indicate they are from before 2023.
This means the location you pinned this submission at cannot be verified and is almost certainly incorrect. Can you provide the actual coordinates of the playground - go to google maps, drop a marker and copy the coordinates.
I submitted the playground, but the pin was set incorrectly / slightly off.
After it was rejected, I submitted an appeal. Niantic reviewed and rejected the appeal, stating the Wayspot does not exist at that nominated location.
About one week after the appeal was rejected, I received the 30-day suspension email for “incorrect location reporting”.
Unfortunately, at the real-world location, this would not become an active pokestop, while at the submitted location it would. Since the playground can be seen from streetview images from multiple locations, the correct location would have been easy to verify.
This looks like a deliberately abusive mislocation. This doesn’t mean that it definitely was intentional, but that there is no evidence it wasn’t, so the op would need to engage in the DM to provide this.
