A single playground can be represented by a single wayspot. Multiple items of equipment in a single playground are not separately eligible. Please check [Playgrounds](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/playgrounds/12486/1) ---

If they are separated by a fence (e.g. a children’s area and a toddlers’ area) then they are both eligible. If they have a fair amount of distance between them (a judgement call, but I go with \<30-40 metres) then I would say they are separate play areas. If neither of those apply (as in this case), then yes, duplicate. ---

Some are easy. For example, Millhouses Park in Sheffield has a playground. One wayspot, despite it being fairly large, because the zip line is next to an obstacle course which leads away from the trampoline etc. There’s no separation. What about the zip line? Can it be a wayspot or is the distance not enough? ---

Streetview is not up to date. Swings are located on the area below the slide thats why I nominated them seperately ---

It always felt like part of the playground. There are gates to the NE, SW and SE marking the playground area, which is relatively large, but still a defined area. On the other side of the path is the assault course, so it isn’t /separate/. The water park is within this, but has a hedge separating it and has its own entrances within the overall space, so legitimately separate. The zip line has gone now, so that issue is moot. ---

I am planning to nominate a new park. The playground is similar to your zipline since they are for different age groups I assumed its okay to nominate them seperately. ---

Ziplines are an odd one. Due to their nature, they are often placed some distance away from other play areas. Sometimes enough distance, sometimes not enough. Again, it comes down to a judgement call. ---

For comparison, this zip line (bottom left) at Graves Park, also Sheffield, is a separate wayspot from the playground, which is a single wayspot. This is easy to describe as legitimately separate, as it is outside the playground! Here’s a small park. I think you’d be pushing your luck with that one\*, but I honestly don’t know. \*Especially because the photo for the playground has the swings in shot ---

I would treat the zip line and swings as one area, outside the playground. When it comes to submitting, the swings being in the playground photo makes it easy to go for the zip line by itself. ---

Yeah, also a valid way to look at it. I think the point I’m lurching towards is that it’s always a case by case situation, but in the OP’s case, the two do _appear_ to be part of the same play area by any standard. ---

Thanks for the appeal, @sparky0909! We have taken another look, but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
