When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible: - Wayspot Title: Mangrove Jet Spa - Location _(lat/lon)_: (37.7084360, -121.8819085) - City: Dublin - Country: USA - Screenshot of the Rejection Email _(do not include your personal information)_: - Additional Information _(if any)_: The larger pool makes a great place to exercise while the smaller pool makes a great place to be social. Both should be considered separate waypoints . The appeal response indicated they are connected . ![IMG_1102](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/wayfarer/original/2X/7/7d55781f065d045e49bb83b0fd7473ddc38dd32f.jpeg) ---

Hello and welcome, As mentioned, appeals for rejected nominations can be done in Contribution Management, and you get 2 appeals every 20 days. You may also want to check out this discussion about separate pools/spas in the same area that has happened recently: > [@Are swimming pools and separate spa pool considered same POI?](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/are-swimming-pools-and-separate-spa-pool-considered-same-poi/50356): > > If there’s a big swimming pool and a smaller swimming pool (used as a sauna/jet/spa) - separated by only a few meters away - are they considered same or two POIs? Thanks !! Another Wayfarer had their appeal rejected for another Wayspot already being in the area. ---
