As per the Wayfarer Clarification on Seating Benches & Scenic Viewpoints, benches are eligible if they serve as an anchor for a significant scenic location that encourages exploration and outdoor activity.
This spot offers a unobstructed, panoramic view over the local landscape/nature and is a regular destination for hikers and birdwatchers in the Großröhrsdorf area. You can verify the open view and pedestrian access via the surrounding satellite data.

To appeal a rejection, you have to use the Appeal option alongside the rejected submission. You cannot bypass this.
If the option is not available, then you have used both appeals, so you must wait up to 15 days for one of them to come back.
Myself, I don’t advise using an appeal here. The view is not special and no-one would come here specifically to sit and enjoy the view of fields. A bench-with-a-view needs to have a more interesting view than this.
I would recommend in general that you get used to taking your photos first then cropping them - preferably to square. These tall phones tend to pick up a lot of irrelevant (and potentially confusing to the ai) background. You could try resubmitting with a new photo, but I can’t say how your local reviewers would receive this as a view bench if it got to community review.
You can see how just a crop to square makes it look more significant.
Bezüglich der Frage, wie lokale Gutachter eine solche Aussichtsbank bewerten: In unmittelbarer Nähe wurde bereits eine sehr ähnliche Bank als Aussichtspunkt von der Community akzeptiert (siehe Intel-Link: Ingress).
Die lokalen Sichter stehen dem Thema hier in der Region also grundsätzlich offen gegenüber. Mein Hauptproblem bei diesem neuen Antrag war hier wirklich die automatische Ablehnung durch den KI-Filter direkt beim Einreichen.
