# Bas-relief on a 10-unit residential building (Rejected by mistake as SFPRP)

Hello Niantic.

I am appealing the rejection of this eligible bas-relief. Reviewers keep rejecting it under the “Single-Family Private Residential Property” (SFPRP) criteria.

However, this is a mistake. This building is a one-story, 10-unit multi-family apartment building (condominium) with a shared gated courtyard. As you can clearly see on the Google Maps satellite view, the building is very long and has a distinct multi-family layout, which is completely different from a single-family private house.

According to Niantic Wayfarer guidelines, objects located on the walls of multi-family housing or within gated communities are fully eligible as long as they are accessible to the residents.

Please review the satellite view and the attached photos to approve this eligible piece of art. Thank you!
