For some reason this wayspot is inactive despite being in an empty cell. It’s a basketball court in a public park, so it’s definitely a valid wayspot. Hoping this issue can be resolved.
I believe this is one of those weird leftovers from the courts of the world imports. It isn’t showing on the mapview map, but there is a Pokestop on Map - Pokémon GO there
If you aren’t familiar with these, data was imported from courtsoftheworld.com for an NBA game that is now defunct. These don’t reliably show on the Wayfarer map.
I can’t find a specific listing there for a Riverside Park here, so that may not be correct.
You’re right, the imported stop just wasn’t showing as active on the wayfarer site map so I assumed the cell was empty. Nevermind then, I now realize there is no issue with this wayspot.
