This graffiti has been there since at least October 2022 without any damage being done to it. Before that the streetview is from 2017 and shows adulterated graffiti. This would count as high quality graffiti and would seem to be eligible according to Unique Art.
As best as I can tell (not speaking Polish), this graffiti is supporting a Polish professional ice hockey club, which is not controversial and is equivalent to murals in Leeds, UK which support the local football club and are accepted without issue.
