Ingress turned the ability to submit nominations and edits off on April 15th. There was even a news post in the game about this, and it was posted in the split thread, too:
And yes, right now, there really isn’t a way to resubmit edits for Ingress-only Wayspots, but all of those are Wayfarer edits since they’re in your Wayfarer account. Therefore, the 2 appeals every 20 days applies to them as well.
The only way to submit nominatinos and edits currently is through PoGo, so that means we can’t access as many Wayspots. It’s a bit of a bummer, as there were Ingress-only Wayspots that needed some photo edits before getting title/descriptoion edits where I live, and now I can’t do anything about them until we are able to submit again in Ingress.
