# Can't submit nomination

Getting unexpected error message when I attempt to save draft or submit. Have tried for weeks.

Can you specify what device, operating system and browser you are using?

Have you tried different combinations of the above, and is the map recognising your location?

I am able to complete the entire form but the submission or save fails. It is able to name the location address on the map.

Google Pixel 7  
Chrome browser  
Android Version 17

i have trouble using chrome on my samsung s26. are you able to try firefox? i only use that browser for web submit.

Start by using a different browser, as that’s easy enough to do.

If that also fails, then I would switch device (other phone, laptop, PC?) and also use a different wifi network, if you haven’t already.

If _that_ fails, the only common link is your account, so I’d have to suggest getting a screenshot of the error message, and seeking a staff member for further investigation.
