I provided in my submission and appeal a link to the city of Stamford parks department website that lists “beach volleyball courts” as an official amenity at Cummings Park Beach. additionally, you can see from Google Street View that these courts have been here since at least 2012: Google Maps

I believe these for the exercise criteria and don’t fit any rejection criteria.

I agree, there is very good evidence that these exist and are permanent.
