# Did the favicon change again?

Or did I just not notice that the `!` has a pencil sketched 💬 ?

Ahh… it also shows up in the page header, replacing the Wayfarer image once you scroll down enough while reading a topic.

NvlblNm did post on WDD that there had been a Discourse update on July 5.

I would never have seen this XD

Edit: I should be clear I have no idea when this was added. Could have been then, could have been a year ago. Seems like I do recall mention of the tabs being able to be differentiated a while back.

Oh, good.

I’d just posted a link to a topic else where and when it did a local render, it included the new icon and I was 🤯 .

Difficult to say since they use CDN to deliver the icons. (I have no idea how the CDN handles the dates.) But both icons refenced in page header (icon and apple-touch-icon) are delivered with last modified date in December 2024.

Not something I would even had noticed. Now, if it was a complete overhaul, not just an outline added, that I would notice.
