Recently I upload for pokestop nomation. I uploaded a biotech lab hub totally supported by govt. present in the university. But it was not approved.
I want to know whether scientific labs or hub is not allowed to get pokestop or what ??

They can be wayspots, but like anything and everything, your submission must be criteria and you must show to reviewers how it does this (if it isn’t immediately obvious).
Exercise, Social, Exploration.
For example, a football field meets Exercise criteria, so you don’t have to explain this.
For this, you do need to explain how this strongly encourages and assist with being Social or how it is an interesting place to Explore that people would be excited to find. Simply being part of a university is not sufficient.

I was wondering what this is
If the building itself is proving difficult sometimes there can be plaques, art or an educational display.
I wasn’t clear if the building was primarily a place of education, or a working lab. You need to say how this place meets criteria.
I don’t see how this would meet criteria.
All nominations must encourage at least one of the following…
Socialise
Exercise
Explore
I use “Encourage” as you can do these things almost anywhere but the nomination must encourage at least 1 of them.
As reviewers didn’t see that it met criteria they will pick a reason to Reject (Select Thumbs Down on the 3 criteria does not Reject) so chose Emergency Service.
Reason may be “sketchy” but the Reject seems perfectly correct.
Socialize=kids visiting drs office mingling with one another
Excercise= its located on the Chuck Huckleberry loop that encircles tucson that is 137 miles in length
Explore=it is located near downtown Tucson on said 137 mile bike path
Kids visiting any business and mingling with others. Doesn’t encourage just might happen anyway.
The Loop may meet criteria, a business joined to it doesn’t.
Again, being near is not criteria.
The exaggerated example I usually use to “make a point” is…
I walk (Exercise) to the dog poo bin, talk (socialise) to the other dog owners and look at (explore) what breeds they have. Wouldn’t nominate the dog poo bin
