Hey wondering what you guys think of these nominations?

  • utility signs which were used in for a hotel (100s of years old) and was knocked down in ‘82.
  • an old stone fence from said hotel (both of these are the last remaining pieces of the hotel and I will list more information on the hotel in the nominations)
  • a weather station (one of those weather monitor thingys)

Hi,
I think it would be helpful to see what exactly you are referring to.

Was there some very special about this hotel which no longer exists? Are any of the objects listed?
The weather station sounds fairly utilitarian - the are all very similar as they generally measure the same things.

None of these have anything to do with exercise or socialise. So I presume you are considering them as great places to explore. So would you think it would be easy to get someone to go out of their way to look at these?

The weather station would be a no for me, as it’s most likely more of a utility.

As for the former hotel items, I would also need to know more about the hotel. Try to do some research on the former hotel and see if it was an important place when it was around. I don’t know if the signs would be eligible, but the stone fence could be, but again, would need to know more about the former hotel.
