I have a church near me (existing gym) that was converted into the town hall.
Wondering how appropriate the 3 alternative spots for the new layout might be. Mainly the digital billboard because I don’t think I’ve seen one in the wild (and they’re not super photogenic).
1. Green - new town hall sign. Seems like the obvious replacement.
2. Yellow - There’s a digital community billboard above the door. Any photo I take of it is going to be temporary, though I’ve seen community bulletin boards as wayspots, and this serves a similar purpose. Is a digital billboard an appropriate spot? I don’t think I’ve seen any or any guidance on them.
3. Red - There’s a side entrance to a community multi purpose room. Not sure if there’s a way to take a “distinctive” photo of that either way, but if there is would it appropriate to pull the spot where the sidewalk in front of the entry point is to place it in a different cell? Or is that pushing things too much?
Woukd it be possible to see some photos - not ones you plan to use just ones that will give a better sense of what this site looks like.
I would not expect the sign for the town hall to be separate as it looks though it is close to it, so I would expect the Town hall wayspot to be at the normal entrance.
To be clear there isn’t a town hall wayspot at all yet. The anchor (sign) from the church gym (gone) circled in blue.
The town hall sign itself is on its own boulevard in a separate S2 cell (green). The digital municipal info board is above the main door (yellow) and the side door to the multi purpose room is somewhere around the red dot.
Mainly hoping to get one (or more) approved before reporting the church spot so players don’t get annoyed at me.

My view is that the sign is not an object in its own right as it is a proxy for the town hall itself. so if the photo was of the sign I would expect the pin to be on the building not the sign. So a nice picture with the sign and the entrance would be good.
It sounds as though the digital billboard is at the same location as the entrance to the town hall so I dont think it is needed, and I am unsure how they would be considered. With a conventional noticeboard it is the board that is submitted and all the notices are temporary but its about its function. But in this case my view is it as at same place as the town hall
The separate entrance to the side leads to a separate part of the town hall? and is its function is different? If it is different than the services I may get from going into the main entrance then in that case that sounds possible to submit.
Yeah, the side has (potentially) trade shows, dance classes, things like that so you can book that area without being given keys to the main office.
That sounds like a distinct events space. Is there a distinct name for that space or a plaque by the door??
Are there any other objects around the building area that might be submittable a group of picnic tables or a set of benches set up to be a social space outside???

There’s actually a bench right between the sign and the door (not amazing placement wayspot wise.)
Apparently me actually sitting there to do a PoGo raid raised some suspicion (being male in public) but the person who got me back into that game just happened to be there to explain…
Have to go to a meeting over there in a few minutes, I’ll poke around for anything helpful.
