I assume this has been asked for before, but can scopely add an option to edit pois on the map? Theres a few i cant edit in game because they aren’t in game.
In know the answer is to ask in the help option, but i did that last week, had the message up for about 4 days saying the ticket was live, then checked over the weekend and the chat had reset, with it looking like the poi hadn’t been moved
The help section “was” a great solution when it was working as expected getting answers within a few hours.
They are currently working through a backlog and some are taking much longer (Mine is on about 12 days 
).
Within that time it is common that your browser drops the Session ID and this is why it disappears. This should not effect it on Scopely’s side so it should still be actioned at some time, the problem is that you will not get the reply.
Did you note the Ticket ID, if so I would say give it about 14 days and if nothing has changed then post it here.
In regards to “Map Edits” I believe this is something staff have said that they would look in to, problem is they can only do a certain amount of reports and if the map has caused such an increase in reports adding more is not possible.
I didnt take the number, I hadn’t dine a help chat move in a good while so I was still working under the impression it would only take a couple of days lol by the time it vanished I hadn’t thought to take the nunber
Give it time and if you don’t see any changes to the wayspot then ask staff, maybe they can take a look for any help requests from your account and give you an update.
