Hallo liebes Wayfarer-/Support-Team,

ich möchte mich bezüglich meiner Conversation-ID #43403697 noch einmal melden.

Ich habe die Unterhaltung bzw. Anfrage nicht verloren oder geschlossen. Ich warte mittlerweile seit 6 Tagen auf eine Antwort und wollte daher höflich nachfragen, ob mein Anliegen noch bearbeitet wird.

Falls eine Antwort bereits per privater Nachricht (PM) erfolgt ist oder noch erfolgen soll, wäre ich dankbar, wenn ihr mir dort eine Nachricht schicken könntet.

Könntet ihr bitte prüfen, ob meine Anfrage noch offen ist und mir eine Rückmeldung geben?

That’s not true. This ticket was created four days ago. We understand that there is a delay, but exaggerating this delay leads to confusion among the community.
