Eu não sei quantos Wayposts tem na célula S2 e não sei também quantos ginásios tem no Local de Itapecirica da Serra na Rua Saragoça.

The gym promotion is intended to be random among the pokestops that are not already gyms or a showcase stop.
I used thumbnails for this screenshot to help you recognize the Wayspots. The one you asked about has a pink circle with a pin in it. The red circles indicate gyms and the blue circles indicate pokestops.
(I always feel I have to caution against putting something in an empty cell that isn’t actually there just to get a pokestop. There was a post today on the forum about getting a 30 day ban for doing that.)
