  • Wayspot Title: GM Ringway Trail Marker

  • Location (lat/lon): 53.630548,-2.109621

  • City: Oldham

  • Country: UK

  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):

  • Additional Information (if any):

4 of these where previously removed, a post of the subject was “unlisted”.

2 more appeared (not sure if they are re-submits or just in the same area) so I reported them. Received a Rejection email :frowning:

The markers are fake paper printouts. You can see where they have been cut out. I have added the coloured arrows to show that this is the same fake printout used in different locations. The trail does not go on these locations.

Just as additional evidence, here is the website for the actual Greater Manchester Ringway, which has a map of the route:

You can see that the trail does not go past either of these locations.

and what it is meant to look like when it uses real nails…

As the abuse form suggested by @Xenopus worked so well for the Buttery Brook Disc Golf Course I have used it here as well.

Thanks.

Glad to hear it worked!

Thanks for the appeal, @SlimboyFat71! We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
