It depends on how many people review your submission. Some submission like religious place or sport field is usually very fast because its usually visible from street view/satelite.
But some other submission might take longer because many people might skip if they are not sure.
It also depends on how many reviewer in your area
So there is no fixed timeframe but personally i got reply in less than 2-3months
