Report it as abuse. That’s not what the description is intended to be used for.
I would just pick the normal description and move on.

I ask the same question also - I see so many edits with the Wrong spelling/grammar as the desired change
The order that they show the edits in is random. So the one with the highlights of changed text may be the other way around from what you’d expect if they are fixing spelling or grammar.
