I got a 30 day ban for making a legitimate Pokestops?!

I have been making pokestops for my Community.
I got loads approved except one.
Which got denied for being in the wrong spot.
I fought against it to get it approved, it got approved cuz i got proof it was in the right spot.

Then a week or 2 later i got a 30 day ban.
Out of the blue, the reason:
Content: Fietsroute 51
Policy Violated: Misplacement of wayspot submissions

I made two stops with the same name, since they are both on the same route but couple hunderts of meters appart. The first one got approved the second one didnt because it wasn’t in the correct spot, wich it was.

Sadly i am om vacation right now and cant provide more proof then what it shows in the pictures.

I mean its a long street from vacation homes to the centrum of Kaatsheuvel, got a couple spots approved along this road already.

I noticed now, it even got approved without me doing anything.

It never entered the game.
But i figures it might have been to close to another spot or gym, i dont know.

I hope this is enough information since i am Boarding a plane in a couple minutes. Really wish this could be resolved seeing i planned my trip around Pokemon.

Also its weird that of you “misplaced” a spot you got penaliced ingame aswel.

We stand by our decision on this Wayspot. Submitting Wayspots away from their location is considered abuse.

I now see where the mistake has been made.

Tried to make 2 spots in the same spot, wich wasnt ment to happen.

My bad for that.

These look like the direction markers which are indicating the way to the next node and which Scopely Explore have determined to be non-eligible.

@ScopelyExpAaron has not addressed this - am I mistaken? I honestly thought I finally understood the Benelux trail marker issue.

I would assume that it’s not relevant to the reason they were suspended for, so Aaron didn’t mention it.
