I have a Pokestop that has been accepted but doesn't show up on Pokémon GO

I know it could be due to the S2 cells on the map, but I’ve placed it exactly where no other pokestop is. Can anybody explain why it hasn’t appeared yet?

It’s possible it was moved by reviewers during review. Do you have the location and title? Also, has it been more than 48 hours since it was approved

This does make it sound like you mis-placed the nomination to try and get it on the map. If so this is not a good idea, it is classed as Abuse (of the map) and can lead to Warnings / Suspensions on both Wayfarer and GAMES accounts.

I do have everything settled and correct. Also, it has been 48 hours already (3 days since the message of the approval).

Not to abuse. I’ve seen the map and it is precisely next to the border from an occupied pokestop. To ensure it was correct and of use, I placed it further but in the area, within 2 meters (more or less). Not abusing, just ensuring.

There is no “close enough” in the criteria. Small amounts will normally get accepted but if Reviewers see that you have mis-placed even a small amount to put it in an empty cell then they are in the right to suggest that it is moved to make it 100% correct “in the Real World”.

If you find the email you received and post the Title and Location we can take a look and confirm it.
