I just wanted to ask you if such indoor playground should be eligible wayspot or not (if I should appeal or not).
This is a children playground in Ikea store which is pretty popular. I avoided using that “Ikea” store name in the nomination. I believe it is an eligible wayspot, but let me know your thoughts - indoor playground.

I would have submitted this. I would not have tried to hide that it is an Ikea playground and would have put that in the title. I have never been to an Ikea store, so I might not be the best one to advise on this.
You may want to post screenshots of the original nomination, because some people here may be able to comment on exactly the way you worded it. The translation seems fine, though.
We have two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. I cannot promise how the appeals team will see this. But I personally would either submit this again or appeal the rejection.
If you do resubmit, I would try to get a supporting photo without the child in it. That may have had reviewers wondering if you were identifying your nomination by including your child, even if they didn’t reject for that. But if you can’t get one without the child, I don’t think this would be a rejection reason personally.
Your one reminded me a lot of this one I submitted recently. I had to appeal too, but I think yours will be accepted similarly.

I do not want to promote any company or store via my Wayspots, so I avoided using the Ikea name with a purpose.
Unfortunately, I cannot resubmit itas I was only driving by that area (holiday) - there was a supercharger nearby, so we took the opportunity to eat in the Ikea restaurant.
It took me some time to be able to take the title picture without any children. 
I had no patience to wait for a no-person supporting photo anymore (I read that people on supporting photos should not cause any issue).
I will wait for additional feedback and if nobody sees a problem in it, I will submit an appeal. Thanks again.
