Not sure what to do with this one, as the report has now been rejected twice. As you can see from the pics, it’s inactive, but is also in the wrong place AND has been painted over.
So as it stands, I cannot move it and I cannot add the new mural’s picture.
Is it possible to just delete this waypoint so I can start afresh by subbing the existing mural located about 15 metres away?
That is correct. In past Street View imagery, the mural was indeed at the green location. However, in the latest Street View, it has been replaced by a different mural.
This wayspot has moved. Red marker - where it was. Purple circle - where it is now.
Submit a new photo for the latest mural and all is good. Murals are semi-immune from repurposing, so the secretary bird haven’t been replaced with a t!t is perfectly OK.
Oh, I had failed to notice that. It’s the only wayspot in that cell. Maybe it will get reactivated in a couple of days, but if it doesn’t and Scopely Explore don’t reverse the inactive status, that cell is effectively dead.
You will not be able to get that wayspot removed so that you can resubmit it, because the wayspot is valid.
Staff please correct me if this is wrong, but couldn’t the new mural be submitted at the correct place anyway while trying to figure out what is happening with the old wayspot?
Thanks for the appeal, @00witsd! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. However, we’ve moved the Wayspot to the correct location.
