Hey, just after some assistance in regards to this. Ive been banned by niantic for 30 days after submitting this particular pokestop below.
Its not in the wrong spot, i dont believe its already been submitted but if it has then i get thats my fault.
I use wayfarer here and there, review some stops, contribute some. Its just really weird. I got a 24 hour ban which was weird enough and now ive been banned for 30 days.
Has this happened to anyone else?? I dont spoof or anything and even in the past ive accidentally put pokestops in wrong spot and ive emailed to get them cancelled too when ive made the mistake.
Can i get some assistance with this at all??
Im a little disappointed consdiering im grinding to 50 before the level change.

While you are waiting, you can supply evidence that the pin placement was correct. You can see the gps coordinates underneath the supporting photo in your submission email if you still have that.
