I don’t think this was ever here. Looking at a Google Street view archive and hmdb there was a sign here but that was “Lost Rockville - 1801 to 1850 Beall-Dawson House and Park”.
I’ve attached two photos of the area where the POI is pinned, one pointed West and one pointed East.
