In Singapore, condominiums are considered private residential property. A condominium resident lives within a gated environment, with many amenities such as pools, tennis courts, gyms for use by its residents and authorized visitors only. I am sure you are aware of this from the way you made your appeal, but what Niantic considers ineligible is SFPRP - _single family_ private residential property. > [@Private Residences, Farmland & K-12](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/private-residences-farmland-k-12/12462/1): > > Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. Communal spaces have the potential to be eli… Common areas at a condominium complex are eligible to be Wayspots. If you think the property management would want these removed, contact them and tell them to fill out a removal request. Niantic will comply with property owner wishes. ---

Anyone who lives in that condominium complex is allowed to access those tennis courts and is able to interact with that wayspot. ---

Thanks for the appeal, @eureka123. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
