how can I reach a general support for unban my termination I can’t open my account after retrieving it i already banned

Hello,  
If the sanction comes from wayfarer there will be a sequence of emails explaining why and giving an example. The emails also give a link to launch an appeal.

If you can’t access wayfarer because your sanction arises from Pokémon Go then the wayfarer team will be unable to assist.

The team will post here if they send a forum DM
