You reported it as a duplicate in August 2026, before the Wayspot you are reporting it as a duplicate of was accepted two weeks ago?

Given that the Rocketeer Wayspot has been present since 2015, and Knights Park South Playground has been live for 11 days, if anything is removed as a duplicate I would expect the older Wayspot to be kept.

Decision already went through. Rocketeer was removed, South Playground kept in.

On one hand, a good thing for PoGo gameplay because there were 4 other Wayspots able to be activated in the Rocketeer cell, but none in the South Playground cell. On the other hand, an unfortunate loss for the local PoGo playerbase, as the new gym created as a lack of the Rocketeer Wayspot is located in a very uninteresting corner of the park and is no longer an elite raid gym.

Thanks for the appeal, @rawwrs! We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
