Another “on the fence” kind of LFL. I think it runs afoul of:

Not confident about it, but questioning it enough to appeal.

And, yes, I find the name of the spot amusing considering it is not a rock wall, but hey, its what the installer named it!

Thanks for the appeal, @nexushoratio After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
