I’m fairly confident that you did not receive a 30 day ban for submitting a generic road sign and then complaining when the road sign had been removed.
If you genuinely think that that is the case, I would suggest reconsidering the situation, as otherwise you are going to end up in the same (or worse) position in 30 days, assuming you continue to submit waypoints in the same way.
In any case, I’m not staff, so I can’t speak with any authority on your situation. I hope things go better for you in future.
The 2 mentioned did not match criteria and where in ineligible locations (SFPRP).
You mention “all of my pokestops” which sounds that this is more than the 2 mentioned here.
I have never heard of eligible wayspots already on the map being removed due to others being deemed ineligible so I can only assume that the others where also ineligible.
I am aware that staff can “jump” steps on the abuse ladder but again I have not heard of a 30 day suspension for 2 ineligible wayspots which again makes me believe there is more to this.
Only you and staff will know what has happened here so I will make this my last comment.

I only mentioned 1 btw and I didn’t do anything wrong. All 5 pokestops in my neighbourhood got removed and my account got banned so I don’t know what happened and what’s the issue. If niantic/scopely can lift my ban then I would be grateful and I’ll won’t do that again
I don’t know if this will go any distance to take the sting out of your situation, but I spent a few minutes on StreetView in the area, and spotted a few local things that should be eligible:
From left to right, that’s two park entrance gates (separate enough that I think they should both get through as long as the pictures / titles aren’t too similar), some kind of lighthouse model / community path, a bowling alley and a large soft play business.
I suggest to follow the advise from @elijustrying, and appeal your ban at this forum, if this ban came from wayfarer a staff member will usually send you a DM with the details within a few hours during business days (it won’t take 30 days).
If your ban came from pokemon go, staff here won’t be able to assist you, but they do know if it is wayfarer related or game related.
If it is wayfarer related, you may able to convince them that the punishment is incorrect, if you can proof your point (staff do really look at the facts).
