Investigation and Severe Penalties Required for Photo Plagiarism on Pengjiayu (Pengjia Islet) Wayspots

Dear Niantic Wayfarer Team and Community Moderators,

I am writing to formally report severe violations regarding Wayspots on Pengjiayu (Pengjia Islet).

1 . Restricted Access Context
Pengjiayu is a restricted military control zone and meteorological outpost in Taiwan where general public access is strictly prohibited. Legitimate Wayspots here rely entirely on accurate positioning by authorized personnel.

2 . Investigation and Severe Penalties for Photo Theft Required
Several existing Wayspots on the island feature plagiarized photos, unauthorized stolen images, or fake submissions that violate Niantic’s terms of service and photo guidelines.

I strongly urge the Wayfarer team and Niantic to thoroughly investigate the users responsible for submitting these stolen photos and to take severe disciplinary action against them, including account penalties or bans, to deter such fraudulent activities and protect the integrity of the database.
3 . CRequest for Complete Removal
Due to the restricted military nature of the island and the pervasive abuse/plagiarism associated with these locations, I kindly request that the Wayfarer team review the attached evidence and completely remove all active Wayspots on Pengjiayu.
