The community has set me straight and wanted to recall an existing appeal since I know more than likely it will get rejected, or do I have to wait on the rejection?

Someone already rejected the appeal.. I was hoping to pull it back in hopes or regaining that appeal but I guess its too late for that. Thanks.
Yes it sounds like start again.
You wouldn’t have regained the appeal even if it had been recalled. Fortunately, you get up to 4 appeals a month.
