My problem with the “Bench with a View” is that all benches have a view. This makes them difficult to get accepted unless the view is stunning as Reviewers are all going to have different opinions on where to draw the line.
Personally I only accept what I believe are exceptional views. Yours I would categorise as “Nice” which I wouldn’t Reject but would probably skip. I would not believe that Reviewers that did Reject where wrong as these are definitely the type of reviews that have varied opinions.
There is no problem with re-submitting. Concentrate on the view in your description.
If it is Rejected again you could appeal but you may decide to walk away from this 1.

I agree with @SlimboyFat71 . I want a spectacular view to accept a view bench. However, this bench is clearly set facing the pond, and seems specifically designed to be a place to take in the view, so it may qualify.
Maybe if you can take a photo that better illustrates how this is a great destination to seek out for exploration, it will be more convincing to reviewers, both the bot and human kind. You have a lot of grass in the front of your main photo. I would at least crop a lot of that out of the photo if you want to try a resubmit. Square photos display best in game, so cropping would help make this display better, too, if it is accepted. Something like this, possibly.
I believe that @frealafgb is a view bench enthusiast, so I am tagging her for you. She may have more suggestions.
(Another note is to avoid the handlebars in the supporting photo. That can seem like you are identifying yourself as the submitter, which can also lead to a rejection.)
So would something like this be good for the description? Also is the title fine or should I change that up too?

By taking this at an angle you have the bench in foreground the maximising the stretch of water and greenery. In yours there is a small amount of water then a lot of house. So this cuts that out. And leads the eye to the distance. Would that be possible in your case?
Otherwise what you have written Sounds clear enough.
Yes I can go take another photo, just give me 30 minutes or so and I will reply again with the new and improved photo. The reason I just care so much about this stop is because I would be able to reach it from my house.

It may be rene ted at around 24 hours by the automatic system - it’s not an unusual occurrence with scenarios like this so be prepared that that might happen.
