Such objects are often considered temporary, as they are not secured to a surface and can be carried off by anyone. This is the third time this nomination has been submitted for voting. The nominator acknowledged it as temporary. However, after another rejection, he is submitting the same nomination again. I rejected it twice as temporary, but I already consider this abuse. Should I click “Complain - Abuse” during the review process? And what are the consequences for the nominator in this case? What measures can be taken? ---

I wouldn’t report that as abuse, I think even if it is made from recycled materials it looks as if it is mean to be permanent. What I can’t tell is if this is a communal garden for a block of flats or in the private garden of an individual house (“Single Family Residential Property” or SFPRP). If it’s a block of flats then it may be eligible (assuming it is accessible), if it’s a house then it is not. ---

Welcome to the forums 🙂 I would report as abuse if this is definitely a temporary object. Repeatedly spamming ineligible submissions is considered to be abuse. If the submitter is saying it is temporary, they are acknowledging it is not eligible. ---

The supporting statement actually says that it is _not_ temporary according to Google Translate.. _Flowerbed “Well” Old tires have been transformed into a cozy flowerbed. Thanks for the translation. I haven’t worked out how to translate text in images and was going by what the OP said. (Personally I would reject it as not distinct, because even if that is multi-apartment flats, it’s still just someone’s front garden.) ---

In the post-Soviet space, such makeshift structures are often temporary. Some get broken, some get moved elsewhere. Moreover, since this is the third time the nomination has been voted on, I’m not the only one who has already rejected it twice as temporary. And you can write whatever you want in the additional information. Previously, it was “Yes.”. ---

Hello and welcome @Kuzya1822 It is not always clear what is the best place to post your queries on the forum. As this is about review query I am moving it to #Review Support I am amending the title to better reflect the topic. It is sometimes good to seek opinions if you are unsure about a situation. However you seem to have already decided that in your view this is something to report. If that is the case the best thing to do is to report it using [this form](https://niantic.helpshift.com/hc/en/21-wayfarer/faq/2190-reporting-abuse-in-wayfarer/?l=en&p=web). The wayfarer team will then review the whole situation - you do not need to be concerned as they will investigate and if they find anything malicious they will act. ---

Yes, we’re from the same country, but different cities. He posted messages in his city’s chat with screenshots of the refusals and admitted it was a temporary facility.
