Normally when you initiate a help chat session, it provides dialogue and then a menu to proceed.
The recent update, which changed the interface to include “Scopely Explore”, does not generate the menu on other languages. e.g.
The only languages where the menu did appear were Indonesian and Russian, as both of those just show the English text.

Thank you. Tested a few languages and confirmed working.
Russian and Indonesian still are lacking translations however that is a different issue.
