Level 14 cell stuck with 9 wayspots but only 1 Gym in Pokémon GO

Hello. My Level 14 cell currently has 9 total valid wayspots active inside Pokémon GO (8 PokéStops and 1 Gym). One of the PokéStops was approved 2 weeks ago, but the cell has not synced to create the mandatory 2nd Gym. It seems the cell is stuck or bugged. Could you please trigger a manual refresh or check if there is an inactive/hidden gym blocking the sync?

  • City: Villa Nueva, Guatemala

  • Exact Coordinates: 14.509025, -90.605426

There are 2 gyms in that cell “Juegos infantiles Pradera Linda Vista” and “Área de juegos infantiles”

There are 2 gyms,

Looks like you used a different map, you may want to consider using the official map, the map you used is not very accurate.
