In this case, a location edit is the correct action, not a removal report.

Edit: If you have done a removal report for “Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Memorial Plaque” for the same reason, I suspect location edit for that one also would be correct. I can see two plaques on Streetview at what I assume is the correct location, but cannot tell which one is correct.

I know it is not 100% correct but I usually use the location does not exist report, and supply the correct location as for some reason the help chat does not reboot/refresh for a new report?
